GOPA'S STORY

Gopa was born in a South African Lion Park on June 21, 2011 – and imported into Canada by the Toronto Zoo. Gopa was housed at the Parc Safari in Quebec – since they already had a pride of white Lions there – Gopa was sent to us in July 2012 – he was very timid in the beginning – it took a while to bring him around and make him the proud “King of the Beasts” he is today. Our Goal is to find him a suitable Lion Partner in the near future, so he can establish his own Pride.
